Xixona reinstall

• xixona.dlsi.ua.es/prototype/ still failing
  • internationalisation
  • fix es-pt
  • fix navegador (navegador translates but gives funny message)
  • and document (ODT fails and includes error messages in translation)
• xixona.dlsi.ua.es/nouinternostrum
• there was apertium/trautorom or whatever — now working from SVN (great!)
• the logo does not show on the wiki
• Fix bugzilla.
• RAID/mirroring.
• restore any users there might have been (8/11)
