I think I might be able to hack up a gui program for constructing new bilingual dictionaries (for adding new languages to aspertium). I would be likely to write it up in tcl/tk (easiest, for me, really, and fully cross-platform). Basically, it will just be an interface into which one enters the appropriate variables, which then writes out the appropriate xml. Pretty simple, really.
Actually, I'm certain I CAN do it (it's just a question of finding time).
