For quicker input, we have some numeral representation of tags in the database, in the speling format generator script, we convert this numeric value to our proposed tag sets

0 Adjective is not sysnthetic (either it does not have any degree or must use seperate words to do that)
1 Fully synthetic form (both superlative and comparative)
2 Only has synthetic superlative form
3 Only has synthetic comparative form
