Hi! You can probably now generate bilingual files more easily with our new http://www.omegawiki.org/Special:Ow_downloads page. There, you can download files for two languages, and compare their DM-id to have a correspondance between the two files. Therefore you would not need to download and install the sql database anymore.

Some bilingual dictionaries generated that way are available at [http://dictionarymid.sourceforge.net/dictionaries/dictsBinlingualsOmegaWiki.html dictionarymid], though I am not sure if their format is suitable for apertium.
