:Hi! I looked at Apertium in the autumn of 2013, as can be seen from my user page, but the only useful part for Swedish was the pair Swedish and Danish and it was difficult for me to agree with another Swedish user on how to maintain it. So instead I concentrated on Wiktionary. During 2014 and 2015 I have been interested in (and started to learn) Russian, and have contributed much to the Russian Wiktionary. Now (2015/2016) there is a person in Norway (User:Unhammer) working on a WMF-funded Scandinavian MT project that aims to cover Danish, Norwegian, and Swedish. Apertium works best with closely related languages, so I suppose we will not see any useful Swedish-Russian version. --LA2 (talk) 04:27, 6 February 2016 (CET)

Hi! I looked at Apertium in the autumn of 2013, as can be seen from my user page, but the only useful part for Swedish was the pair Swedish and Danish and it was difficult for me to agree with another Swedish user on how to maintain it. So instead I concentrated on Wiktionary. During 2014 and 2015 I have been interested in (and started to learn) Russian, and have since March 2015 contributed much to the Russian Wiktionary.
