Open Translation Engine (OTE) Version 2.0

Proposal for NLnet[1]

Abstract

I propose the enhancement of the Open Translation Engine[2] project. With this funding, I will produce a 2.0 version that allows a community of users to work together in building translation dictionaries. The system will be built to be as generic as possible, thus allowing for ease of future enhancements.

As a first real world use case, OTE Version 2.0 will provide additional tools to allow the system to be used as a dictionary building and management tool for Apertium.
