In order to contribute, you will need an account on SourceForge, and you will need to check out the source code via SVN.
These are the important files.
apertium-nn-nb.nb.dix apertium-nn-nb.nn-nb.dix apertium-nn-nb.nn.dix
The files apertium-nn-nb.nb.dix and apertium-nn-nb.nn.dix contain the morphological parsers. The file apertium-nn-nb.nn-nb.dix is the transfer lexicon.
Not that the entries (<e>) may be marked with a restriction, <e r="LR">, indicating the entry in question will be interpreted, but not generated.
