A lexical form consists of

  1. lemma or citation form,
  2. lexical category
  3. inflection indicators

For instance, the lexical form corresponding to the Spanish surface form cantaríais (you-PL would sing) would be

  1. cantar
  2. verb
  3. conditional, 2nd person, plural
