This is a stub.

Using apertium-tat-rus as a model, on 2014.11.27 we successfully prepared a skeleton of the apertium-kaz-rus language pair, which is in the incubator [1]. It contains only the kaz→rus direction, recycled transfer rules from tat–rus,  and a few words in the dictionary, but the KazNU team has a large SQL-queryable rus–kaz dictionary that could be used to populate it.

Transfer rules in tat-rus require the addition of some paradigms to bilingual dictionary entries. Copying them where needed from apertium-tat-rus.tat-rus.d1x seems to work.

The pair requires HFST/Foma and VISL CG3 to be installed
