This pair doesn't exist yet, but it's in the incubator since 2009: https://svn.code.sf.net/p/apertium/svn/incubator/apertium-en-it/
It's considered a hard one: not only the two languages are not very closely related, but the SMT/Moses+Europarl baseline is expected to be rather good and difficult to reach in quality.
