Title: Apertium nb2nn: machine translation between Norwegian Bokmål and Nynorsk
A first draft is available here (pdf).
I tried to write it thoroughly rather than tersely, so if there's anything that shouldn't be there, please tell me!
(Well, also of course if something's missing.)
