Hi. I want to create a dictionary for translating ENGLISH to SLOVIO. (Slovio is a simplified inter-slavic language similar to Esperanto-)
I have English-Slovio dictinary in xls format, 65-thousand entries. How do I start doing the dictionary, preparing it into the apertium format? Can I use excel to help me add the various format marks?
I only need one-way MT English to Slovio.
