2011/07/19 #1: PayPal account to accept donations[edit]
Proposal expired, please do not modify.
Summary[edit]
Some people want to donate to Apertium, but maybe don't want to make bank transfer. PayPal is an easy way to send money, so I suggest we make a PayPal account and link it to the GSOC account and offer that as a donation method.
