Tradubi is a web-based "social translation" and MT customisation system. You can customise dictionaries (in hierarchies, so certain dictionaries take precedence), share dictionaries, import/export translation memories as TMX files, share or collaborate on dictionaries, get recommendations on which dictionaries would fit the source text, etc.
