Open Translation Engine(OTE) Version 2.0

Proposal for NLnet[1]

Abstract

I propose the enhancement of the Open Translation Engine[2] project.

With this funding, I will produce a 2.0 version that includes:

- A system that allows a community of users to work together in building translation dictionaries

- New system for Parts-of-Speech Tagging

- Export of Apertium XML dictionaries. This will allow OTE to be used as a dictionary building and management tool for Apertium.
