Northern Sámi and Norwegian/CG

There are three Northern Sámi CG files in the project.

These two are copied from giella-sme during make:

• apertium-sme-nob.sme-nob.mor.rlx -- the morphological (POS) disambiguator
• apertium-sme-nob.sme-nob.syn.rlx -- the syntactic disambiguator

This one was written from scratch for Apertium (although the LIST/SET definitions are copy-pasted from somewhere …):

• apertium-sme-nob.sme-nob.lex -- the lexical selection (WSD) disambiguator
